Marks & Spencer Live Web Chat

Marks & Spencer, a major British retailer, will hold live web-chat with customers via Facebook.

Facebook is a fantastic platform for communicating with our customers. It's direct, responsive and popular with almost 100,000 fans of the M&S facebook site.

We want to hear what customers think of our marketing; what we've done well, what we've done less well and what they want more of.

The customers are invited to log onto Marks & Spencer's Facebook page and put their questions and thoughts about company's Christmas TV campaign, its Christmas catalogue and store windows.

The web chat will be also opportunity to address concerns about the latest M&S TV ad, which is considered by number of customers as sexist.

This is the second live web chat organised by Marks & Spencer, following on from a Q&A session with the head of sustainable business Mike Barry in June.

Its director of store marketing and design, Nayna McIntosh will be chatting live on Nov. 24, between 1.00 and 2.00 pm.
