The Cancer Survivors Network (CSN) chat rooms and discussion boards are excellent ways to develop new friendships, exchange practical information, and support one another. The CSN community is full of knowledgeable, kind, and caring people you will want to get to know.

Membership is free, but in order to access all areas of CSN, registration with a valid email address is required.

Your membership also allows you to:

* Access to chat rooms.

* Ability to post to discussion boards.

* Receive a free monthly CSN newsletter.

* Create your own personal support community of CSN members.

* Use of CSN private and secure internal email to communicate with other members.

* Access to CSN member pages and contributions so you can find and interact with members of your choosing.

* Notification each time you receive new CSN email or new content is added to an area to which you have “subscribed”.

* Create your own “CSN My Space” where you can tell your story, upload photos and audio, blog, contribute poems, recommend resources, and more.
