Tencent QQ, generally referred to as QQ, is the most popular free instant messaging computer program in Mainland China.

Registering a QQ number

Registering a QQ number is free. There are two registration pages, one Chinese, one English. After registering your number, your details also have to be changed to allow people to search for you on QQ.

iPhone QQ is a version of Tencent QQ with a sign-in panel modified to be more suitable for the iPhone.
