Eyeball Chat is an internet communications application that provides support for voice, video chat and instant messaging.

Eyeball Chat is provided free of charge and features include multi-way voice and video conferencing, file, music and picture transfer and instant messaging with AIM, Google Talk, MSN Live, and Yahoo! Buddies. It also provides a chat room feature, where you can meet other users and chat with them.

You do not need a webcam to chat or join the chatrooms as starting a video chat with or without a camera works exactly the same. The only difference is that you'll be sending via voice chat only.

Picture-in-Picture - While you are in a video call, click on 'Picture-in-Picture' button to see your video in buddy’s video window.
